These Terms and Conditions govern the use of teamrewards.com.au ("the website") and the purchase of any goods from it. The website is owned and operated by Vaniworth Pty Ltd (ABN 59 055 152 040).

The following is a description of what we do and don't do with your details.
Information you provide us:For Team Rewards to process your order, we need information such as your name, email or contact number, delivery address and payment details. Other information will also be collected with your permission from time to time.
How do we use this information?
Information that you have provided us will be used in four ways:

To communicate to you new products and services and also at times, the opportunity to up take on special promotions or offers. You have the option to opt-out of this communication by contacting the promoter.
It is important to note that we send periodical communications to people who have "opted in" to receive email updates about products and special offers, and retain the right to inform our customers of changes in our business operations from time to time. We intend to honour our members' rights to privacy and do not set out to "spam" our members in any way.
All details provided by the customer will be stored at the office of TEAM REWARDS, Suite 46, 11-13 Brookhollow Avenue, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153. Any request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to this address. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the customer, each customer consents to the information which they submit with their claim form being entered into a database and for TEAM REWARDS to use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the qualifying customer.
Product Information
Prices of goods and services and other charges displayed on the teamrewards.com.au website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
All Rewards are based on descriptions from information received from suppliers and manufacturers. Unless otherwise stated, installation and/or service of rewards is not included. However, guarantees by manufacturers still apply.
Discontinued or unavailable rewards may be substituted by TEAM REWARDS with a Reward of similar value at their absolute discretion. Any enquiries concerning warranty information applying to Rewards should be directed to the manufacturer. We recommend that you complete and forward the warranty information card contained with any Reward in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Disclaimer
TEAM REWARDS do not accept any liability in respect to loss, damage, death or injury, including consequential loss or damage arising from the supply of a Reward, or from the loss, theft or destruction of a Reward except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. You may have some rights under the Trade Practices Act and there may also be some warranties implied by law which cannot be excluded, subject to these rights and implied warranties, TEAM REWARDS give no warranty with respect to the quality of the Rewards or their suitability or fitness for any purpose.
Accepting Orders
Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and Team Rewards is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Team Rewards is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.
Taxation - FBT
Team rewards do not provide any advice or give any warranty in relation to the taxation implications arising from any reward or voucher that you become entitled to purchase or redeem from our company. All rewards are valued inclusive of GST. No taxation liability is accepted by Team Rewards and we recommend that you obtain independent advice on your taxation position.
Cancellation by Team Rewards
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
Cancellation by Customer
Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Authority
Rewards will be issued on the understanding that the person claiming the rewards is authorized to do so on behalf of the business purchasing rewards or vouchers.
Delivery
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We estimate that you will receive the products you have ordered within 20 working days of order placement, subject to availability. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, this timeframe is an estimate only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Team Rewards if an order does not arrive within 20 working days of order placement. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.
As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm, and to home addresses up until 6pm. Unfortunately, we are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery.
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
If you receive any goods in a faulty or damaged condition please contact TEAM REWARDS on 02 9659 9444 within 48hrs of receipt of the goods. Any claims received after this time will not be honoured. Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will happily seek a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
All Team Rewards Vouchers are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself. Once that Voucher has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances. It is the Voucher holder's responsibility to ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date.
When redeeming a Team Rewards Voucher on teamrewards.com.au, you must use the entire balance of the Voucher in one transaction. You can not carry the remainder of the voucher value forward. You may use multiple vouchers for one purchase.
